Before arming the system, make sure the ready light is on. Use the arrow keys to view any open zones.
Arming in Away Mode
Away mode is used when leaving the building, it arms every sensor.

Enter your 4-digit code then exit through a door.
COMPANY NAME
2. Quick arm: hold down AWAY for 3 seconds then exit the area.
Arming in Stay Mode
Stay mode is used when staying in the building, it will not arm the motion sensors.
-
Enter your 4-digit code then do not open any doors.
2. Quick arm: hold down STAY for 3 seconds.
Disarming the Alarm
Turns the system off.
-
Enter your 4-digit code, the red armed light should turn off.

If you make a mistake, press # to cancel and enter your code again.
Quick Exit
Quick Exit can only be used in Stay mode. When used, you can temporarily open a door without setting off the alarm.

Ensure the system is armed in Stay mode.
-
Press the Quick exit button for 3 seconds.

You can now open one door, the alarm will not go off.
4. When the door closes, it will be active in the alarm system again and will trigger an alarm if re-opened.​​​​
Bypassing Zones
Bypassing a zone will disable that zone for the next arming period.
-
Ensure the system is disarmed.
-
Press *1, you may need to enter your code if prompted.

Enter the 2-digit zone number you want to bypass.
4. Enter another zone or press # to save and quit.​
Un-bypassing zones
Bypassing a zone will disable that zone for the next arming period.
-
Repeating the steps above or simply arming then disarming will clear all bypassed zones making them active again.​​​
Chime
When the chime is enabled doors and windows will beep 3 times when opened/closed.

Ensure the system is disarmed.

Hold down the chime button.

There should be three beeps to confirm it is now on, or a long beep to confirm it is now disabled.​​
Changing user codes
-
Press *5 followed by your master code (you should get three beeps).
-
Press XX, the 2-digit user slot (40 is the master code, 01 is user 1 etc).
-
XXXX new 4-digit code (if you are changing the master code you will need to enter it twice).
-
You are now back at step 2, press # to quit.

Deleting user codes
-
Press *5 followed by your master code (you should get three beeps).
-
Press XX, the 2-digit user slot (40 is the master code, 01 is user 1 etc).
-
Press * to delete, or # to go back.
-
Press # to quit.
Setting the time and date​
-
Press *6.
-
Enter your master code (three beeps), then 1.
-
HHMM enter the time, 24 hour.
-
XX XX XX enter the date, MM/DD/YY.

Press #, # to go back.
Viewing/Silencing troubles.
When your system has a trouble, the trouble light will be on and the keypad will be beeping.

Press *2 to view the trouble number.
-
Press # to silence the trouble after pressing *2.

Call your security company to diagnose the trouble.​​
Duress
Your system has a user code that can arm and disarm the system but will also send a duress panic signal.
-
If under duress, disarm the system by entering your 4-digit Duress code.
-
The system will disarm and a silent panic signal will be sent to the monitoring station.​​

Partitioning
Your system has multiple partitions, each acting as their own alarm system.
-
To temporarily change the keypad to another partition. ​
-
Hold down # for 3 seconds.
-
Hold down the partition number you want to go to for 3 seconds.
-
Three beeps and you are in the new partition.
-
The keypad will timeout and go back to its original partition after 30 seconds.​​
